London, UK – June 2025 — Uganda’s Minister of State for Internal Affairs, General David Rubakuba Muhoozi, will headline a senior government delegation at the 15th UK–Africa Business, Trade & Investment Summit, taking place on 12 September 2025 at the iconic Royal Horseguards Hotel in London.
