As Founder and CEO of BP KARL Associates, Bernard has advised on high-level financial strategy and corporate transactions across East Africa, Southern Africa, and the UK. His leadership spans two decades at institutions such as Bank of Africa, UBA, I&M Bank, and the Bank of Uganda—where he oversaw financial supervision and intelligence.
