LONDON, UK – On 12 September 2025, Hon. Francis Musa Ecweru, Minister of State for Works & Transport of the Republic of Uganda, will present Uganda’s infrastructure roadmap at the 15th UK–Africa Business, Trade & Investment Summit, held at the prestigious Royal Horseguards Hotel & One Whitehall Place, London.
